Reviews: Kyoto: Hop-on Hop-off Sightseeing Bus Ticket
Guest User2025-12-04
It was incredibly well organized; the buses were almost always on time and so much emptier than any of the regular buses that go to the best spots. It's considerably more expensive, of course, but absolutely worth it. You get to see all the major sights, so you don't have to figure out beforehand where you "need" to go. We would definitely do it again; it saves stress and time.

This was such a great tour. Our guide Yu was amazing! He has such an incredible knowledge that he shared with us about the history and culture of Kyoto. We valued his insights and recommendations. I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you are fortunate enough to have Yu as your guide.
Reviews: Kyoto + Nara Encounter Cute Deer Classic Panoramic one-day tour[Upgradeable to 9-person Small Group Hotel Pickup]

The tour guide contacted very promptly, the route of the itinerary was reasonable, the choice of attractions was also very representative, very classic, and there was a suitable time to play after the attractions. It is a very nice choice for not familiar with the traffic route and not wanting to bother to do the strategy. Very recommended!

Kyoto and Nara are must-see destinations on any Kansai trip. Every corner of Kyoto exudes elegance and Zen-like tranquility; in Nara, the ancient trees and gentle, bowing deer of Todai-ji Temple add a touch of dynamism to this ancient capital. It was a very enjoyable trip. Our guide, Xiao Tian, was very nice and provided excellent service, introducing attractions and offering suggestions for the itinerary. The other members of our group were also very punctual, and the atmosphere was wonderful.
Reviews: one-day tour of Kiyomizu Temple in Nara, Kyoto, Japan [9-person small group optional|Hotel pickup|Chinese and English driver guide

The time was too short. We didn't arrive back in Osaka at the designated time (6:30 PM) as part of the program, and the driver and guide had already returned to Osaka at 5 PM! It was such a rush. We arrived at Kiyomizu-dera Temple at 12:35 PM and had to board the bus back to Osaka at 3:35 PM. We went to Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka, then to Gion, leaving us no time to visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple (3 hours with meals included). We also visited nearby areas, leaving us no time to visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple. A half-hour extra would have been perfect.
