Blue Moon Valley and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain were both so beautiful! The lady with the last four digits of her phone number, 988, provided excellent service. She first took us to see the sunrise over the snow-capped peaks, then we explored Blue Moon Valley, and after lunch, we took the glacier cable car. Unfortunately, because of our own reasons, we spent too much time on the snow mountain and missed the Impression Lijiang show, which was a bit of a regret. Hopefully, we can come back next time!★

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain truly is a must-visit snow-covered wonderland! A short cable car ride takes you directly to the Glacier Park, transforming the landscape from lush greenery to pristine white snow in just a few minutes – it feels like you've traveled through all four seasons. Majestic snow-capped peaks are right before your eyes, and the ancient glaciers are crystal clear. The blue sky and white snow create a picturesque scene, making every snapshot a masterpiece. Below, the Blue Moon Valley boasts crystal-clear, turquoise waters, breathtakingly beautiful. The park is well-organized, with convenient rentals of oxygen cylinders and winter clothing, and the staff at Zhenzhen provide attentive service. The entire experience is exceptional, a double shock to both the eyes and the soul – absolutely worth a special trip! Highly recommended!★

It was a great experience! The driver was punctual, well informed and was able to translate everything into English. They also maintained great communication throughout the day. The mountain was very beautiful and well worth the trip. The included lunch left much to be desired.★

Recently, I booked the 1-Day Lijiang tour with this tour guide and it was one of my most memorable, easy going and organised day tours I’ve ever been on. The guide was conducted mandarin, however, it was translated for English speakers individually by the guide at each stage to make sure my friend and I were accommodated for! If anything went wrong, this tour guide was known to be extremely responsive and understanding of delays in time due to photos, enjoying the moment, getting snacks for the road etc. This tour guide even included a free traditional Chinese lunch trying new foods such as Ox (optional). I would highly recommend this tour guide as he was so sweet, caring, understanding and knowledgeable of all activities throughout the day.★

This group tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain far exceeded my expectations! The tour guide was incredibly professional, not only providing a detailed explanation of altitude sickness precautions beforehand but also thoughtfully providing us with oxygen cylinders. The itinerary was perfectly planned: a morning cable car ride directly to the Glacier Park, where the magnificent panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains was breathtaking; and an afternoon visit to Blue Moon Valley, where the lake's azure waters were like a fairyland. There were no mandatory purchases throughout the tour, and we had ample time to take photos freely. Pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, saving us the hassle of queuing for tickets and planning our own routes. This was a worry-free, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable perfect snow mountain trip.★

This time, we took our family, including the elderly and children, on a day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in Lijiang. We chose a private group tour, and the experience was excellent. Our guide, Mr. Cheng, is a local and was very patient, responsible, and attentive. The schedule for Spruce Meadow, Blue Moon Valley, and the Impression Lijiang show was well-planned and smooth. He also paid close attention to our family's health throughout the trip, and the elderly and children were very comfortable and satisfied.
Our dedicated customer service representative, Jerry, who helped us book the trip, was also very attentive, answering all our questions patiently and thoughtfully throughout. There were no mandatory expenses during the entire trip, and the arrangements were professional and hassle-free. I highly recommend this company and will definitely choose them again for future family trips and private group tours!
