4. This is the price per person. All group members must purchase tickets. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult who has purchased a guided tour service. Please note this before placing your order.

Children aged 6 and under can join the guided tour for free (headphones not provided; child guided tour service required for headphones).

For round-trip transportation to the attraction, please proceed to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding South Gate on your own. After entering, turn left and gather at the elevator area. To ensure the guide tour proceeds smoothly, please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

How to use

[Contact Notification]: A staff member will contact you approximately 1 hour before departure.

Meeting time: Arrive 15 minutes in advance

Meeting point: Meet at the elevator on the left after entering through the south gate of Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding

Guided route: South Gate - Villa No. 7 - Villa No. 5 - Red Panda No. 2 or Red Panda Nursery - Villa No. 2 - Moon Nursery - Villa No. 1

You will receive an SMS or phone call approximately 1 hour before the event starts on the day of your visit. Please ensure your phone is reachable.

2. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. Guests who arrive after the meeting time should contact the guide and enter the attraction on their own to rejoin the group. Please understand that due to late arrival, any missed itinerary content cannot be supplemented, and no price difference will be refunded.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 20:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
