Jack, the tourist guide was nice and friendly. He speaks well English and accompanied us through the trip. Basically he made a short introduction of the different places and let us enjoy independently. Yesterday, I traveled around downtown Osaka by train using the Osaka Amazing Pass. However, since I don't know Japanese, it was more difficult than I expected. Today, thanks to the bus tour, I was able to comfortably tour Kyoto and Nara, listening to and seeing historical details along the way, and I truly enjoyed it. I am taking away a fulfilling day thanks to the passionate guidance of our tour guide, Mika Kim.★

Our trip was on time, and our guide, Amanda, was fluent in both English and Chinese and very helpfull. She explained everything, include bathroom location which is very important for me and my family. All participants were orderly and punctual. We could arrange our shopping time for souvenirs and street food near Fushimi Inari and it was very enjoyable. The Japanese souvenirs made in japan were good there. The halal lunch (halal tempura udon) near the bridge/bamboo forest bus park area was also delicious and there is prayer room also for their customer.★

The trip to Kyoto was amazing! The Daruma dolls covering the mountain at Katsuo-ji Temple were so cute, the stroll through Arashiyama was incredibly romantic, and the shimmering gold of Kinkaku-ji Temple was breathtaking! The itinerary was perfectly planned, and we had a fantastic time. Our tour guide was also fantastic—professional, funny, and with engaging explanations. She was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive to everyone. I have to give a thumbs up to the tour guide and the itinerary!
