We had an amazing, all around enjoyable day! It's all because of Chad & Melony! Chad was absolutely amazing with everything, he was knowledgeable, offered snacks and drinks at every rest stop and just all around a very chill guy to talk to! Our guide was Nick. He was punctual and transported us to and from the canyon in a very safe manner. He did an excellent job answering all of my questions and those of my 12 year old daughter as we hiked through the canyon. My daughter asked so many questions, most people may have been annoyed. Nick answered them kindly and patiently. He explained the history of the area and pointed out wildlife pertinent to the hike. He communicated the entire time to ensure we were comfortable and gave me time to catch my breath without making me feel like an old man. He drove us to the gift shop and gave us time to look around without us feeling rushed. He told us about other areas to hike, and we plan to book with him again when we come back to town. I cannot say enough good things about this experience and our guide.
