1. The processing time is beyond the travel agency's control: The application for the "Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao" requires an interview, approval, and document production as per the requirements of the Public Security Bureau's Exit-Entry Administration Hall. The queuing duration, approval, and document production are all subject to the processing hall's schedule. If the delay in document processing affects your travel due to reasons not attributable to our company, the travel agency will not be held responsible.
2. Queueing for clearance is common: During immigration at the port, the inspection process and time by customs and border control depend on passenger flow and official efficiency. Waiting in line is normal, and any resulting delays are not the responsibility of the travel agency.
If the document processing or customs clearance takes longer than expected, the subsequent scenic spot visits will remain unchanged. We appreciate your understanding!
