I liked the service; they were always available. I saw the sign as soon as I approached the line before the customs checkpoint. The typical wait time in the line during lunch on a weekday would have been about 10 minutes, but while I was waiting for someone ahead of me with a fast pass, the line lengthened by about 40 minutes.★

Great option: they send photos on WhatsApp showing where to wait for them. Then they come for you and take you straight through. The whole thing took literally 5 minutes (passport control). I still recommend buying a fast track ticket in Cam Ranh upon arrival. Especially if you're arriving in the morning. After a 10-hour flight, it was pure hell standing at passport control for 1.5-2 hours.★

Booking on Ctrip was very convenient. However, this mud spa was really expensive; an hour of mud bath plus sauna and an hour of massage cost about 370 yuan. Although the service was okay, the Vietnamese massage was comfortable, and the fried noodles were delicious, it was just too pricey. The beach bar was open to the public and crowded with foreigners sunbathing on the beach; it didn't seem to cater specifically to customers, and it felt a bit chaotic.★
