The process to retrieve the physical card was simple but if you are a very early morning traveler then I do not recommend it, as the earliest time to do the exchange at station is at 9:00am for the day you selected. I went the day before to do the exchange but it was not possible. Other than everything was great.

It's very user-friendly, covering not only Kintetsu Railway itself but also bus fares in Nara and discounts at some attractions, making it perfect for a day trip from Kyoto or Osaka to Nara. Please note that if you open the ticket webpage using different browsers, you may need to re-verify. It's recommended to test your browser beforehand and keep it open in the same browser throughout your trip. Also, please remember to purchase a limited express ticket when taking the limited express train.

It was my first time taking a night bus, and it was a very different experience. The customer service staff were also very friendly, offering many options for you to choose from and letting you re-operate. The only downside was that as a big kid, it was a little hard for me to fall asleep.
