Our guide (Siri) was very helpful and knowledgeable! Skipping the lines to the palace was great…. We didn’t have to wait in a single line! You do not have to get there early either, there are enough parking spots(in the morning tour), and no waiting! The guide/check in is very easy to find! The palace was very interesting especially with a guide telling you all of its secrets! I would not recommend without a guide, but with a guide it is amazing and I strongly recommend!

Basically, go to one of the bus stops to have your reservation converted into a voucher. Only with these vouchers can you then go to the Belvedere and Shombrung ticket offices to get your tickets... and it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to get them for the same day.

I was deeply moved by the wonderful concert by three wonderful musicians. The venue, Salatellana, is a salon associated with Mozart and is a very beautiful place with excellent acoustics. I was very satisfied.
