Mandy gave us a day trip around downtown Los Angeles. ☺️ I was initially hesitant about booking a private car service through Ctrip, but after spending the whole day with Mandy, all my worries disappeared. 🥺🙂😍 She's not only beautiful and kind-hearted, but also professional, meticulous, and responsible, always putting the needs of her guests first, making us feel like friends and at home. The itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, efficient and fulfilling without feeling rushed, resulting in a fantastic overall experience. 😘👌 The entire trip was clearly and thoughtfully planned, giving me peace of mind throughout. The visit went quite smoothly. We were able to experience all the park's most iconic attractions. The guided tour was very interesting, with superb animations that are very emblematic of Universal Studios. We appreciated being able to get off the bus from time to time to explore certain sets in more detail. Dinner at the buffet restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of dishes available. It was a very full day!★

We had the All-Inclusive Pass Plus at Universal Studios and were absolutely thrilled! The park far exceeded our expectations – everything is so beautifully designed, with such attention to detail, and you really feel like you're in a movie. The attractions, the atmosphere, and the entire experience are unique. An absolute must for every movie and theme park fan!★

What a fun time. Our Captain Shawn was so friendly and took great care of us! The charcuterie was delicious and the wine made it feel like a great celebration for the 4th of July. Would definitely do again when we are back in town.
