We were initially unsure of how everything worked and where we needed to go, but the team was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. They patiently answered all our questions, guided us through the process, and made everything so much easier for us. We shared our itinerary and preferences with them, and they were very accommodating, adjusting the arrangements accordingly. Everything was well organised, smooth, and stress-free. We never felt rushed and were able to enjoy our trip at our own pace. A special thank you to our driver, Master Wang! He was punctual, professional, friendly, and made every journey comfortable. We especially appreciated that he recommended halal food options for us, which made things much easier as Muslim travellers. His local recommendations were thoughtful and greatly appreciated. A car will pick you up from your hotel and take you to a meeting point. The bus departs at 6:00 AM. The bus might be stuffy and smell of cigarette smoke, so be prepared for that. There will be additional charges for meals and entrance fees, including oxygen equipment. It's recommended to buy these in advance. The tour guide, however, is friendly and smiling.
