Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Important note
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Antalya (BOĞAZKENT, BELEK, KADRİYE, KUNDU, LARA, MURATPAŞA, KALEİÇİ, KONYAALTI)
  • Pick up from the security gate outside your accommodation in or near Antalya.
  • Shared roundtrip transfer is included in the price.
  • There will be several swim breaks and opportunities for sunbathing during the trip.
  • The timings for sharing may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity.
  • There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons or weather conditions.
  • Travelers weighing beyond 120 kg may be ineligible for the dive.
  • Pregnant travelers are not allowed to dive.
  • Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Adults and children who will not be participating in the diving can be booked as non-divers
