Next, arrive at Maison du Gruyère Cheese Factory. This is a local dairy that has been producing the famous Gruyeres cheese for centuries. You can watch skilled artisans craft this renowned cheese from fresh milk and learn the secrets behind its unique flavor.
After indulging in the culinary journey, take a leisurely stroll to explore this medieval village nestled in the mountains—Gruyeres. The winding cobblestone paths guide you through a corridor of time, flanked by charming boutique shops exuding rustic elegance. You can take the GoldenPass Panoramic Express to Montreux at your own expense (approximately 45 min) and enjoy Switzerland's enchanting lakes and mountains.
Then take the bus back, arriving in Lausanne around 17:15 and returning to Geneva by 18:00, marking the end of the trip.
