Our tour guide was knowledgeable, articulate, patient, and enthusiastic. He helped us fully understand the history and stories of West Lake and Lei Feng Pagoda, and deserves a five-star rating. He knew we wanted to see the lotus flowers, so at the end of the tour, he took us to the best spots and helped us get a car so we wouldn't be delayed too long on our next trip. Thank you so much for the tip! I can't rate it because we didn't have an audio guide.★

Guide Chen Yong from Hangzhou led us on a secret route by rowing boat on West Lake, where we enjoyed the blooming flowers and mandarin ducks playing in the water. He also told us the historical legends of the scenic spots along the way. We would like to invite Guide Chen again next time.★

This is a reliable service you can book with confidence. Guide Andy was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Excellent food recommendations as well. We are a mixed English and Chinese speaking group, so we were able to overcome any language gap by switching languages. We communicated via Wechat before the tour and could explain what we were interested to see and discuss an itinerary together. Andy did not rush us along, which did mean we had to adjust our itinerary during the day, but we were happy to do so because we had already seen parts of West Lake the day before. If you are on a strict schedule, you should communicate that as well and I'm sure they will ensure you can see everything you want to. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this service.★

The shop owner is very professional; you can tell they've been running the business for generations of tea farmers. They explained the tea-making, tea-frying, and tea-tasting processes with great familiarity. I brewed both West Lake Longjing green tea and Longjing black tea, both very fragrant. Transportation is a bit inconvenient; you'll need to plan your bus routes carefully during peak tourist season! I'll definitely come again next time.
