Meet at meeting point: Located in front of Harbor House Hotel, Next door to Willie G's. Must be there 30 minutes before scheduled time and check in at the kiosk. We do not validate for Parking. Our goal is to offer affordable fun for all ages on our 45-minute Dolphin watching excursion. We're located at Pier 21 in front of Harbor House Hotel. Just two blocks from the historic Strand District in downtown Galveston. We have four vessels in our fleet that were built with Dolphin Tours, Burials at Sea, and private events in mind.
