It's interesting to touch history. Everything is clearly organized. The whole thing took about 4 hours.
Reviews: Cape Town: Atlantis White Sand Dunes Sandboarding Adventure

Overall, a fun experience. About an hour's drive from the Waterfront in Cape Town, you'll find a beautiful landscape of dunes covered in fine sand. Entrance to the park is extra and therefore not included with this tour operator. Upon arrival, you have to deal with some paperwork, as the park administration keeps a paper list with names and passport numbers (or dates of birth). For this activity, you have to walk yourself, first about 500 meters to the dune you'll be driving on, and then back up the dune about 20 meters after each run. We had blazing sun and temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius. The sand felt like it was burning our feet as we walked uphill. Therefore, my recommendation for this activity is: - only in mild temperatures or overcast weather - generally suitable for children due to the availability of sleds (our children just played with the sand and were happy) - more suitable for athletic individuals. The guide was friendly.
