Attractions and Activities: Μετέωρα (Free entry) Visit the Hermit Caves known by the locals as the caves of Badovas. The hermit caves of Badovas are very close to Kastraki village. Between the village and the town of Kalabaka Badovas is the name of the nearby restored but abandoned Monastery dedicated to Saint Nicolas of Badovas. The caves where Hermit monks use to live an extraordinary life back in 14th century are situated between Kalbaka town and Kastraki Village.
