The excursion was even better than we expected. It started early, which was a good thing, as we had better visibility of the view from Mount Etna, perfect for photos and the hike. Our guide, Santi, was very helpful and friendly, driving smoothly the whole time and sharing some interesting facts along the way. The walk through the snow was great, and we were certainly lucky to have received a message from Santi the day before reminding us to bring spare socks, as our feet got completely wet. On the way back to Catania, we went for a tasting of local products, which was really nice. I think we made the best choice for this excursion, thank you!

I really enjoyed the two guides; they were genuinely funny, a lot of fun, and very knowledgeable. Perhaps a bit pricey, but okay.

Great! The guides and drivers are super friendly, plus they play good music in the van, haha. Remember to factor in the cost of the Segesta entrance ticket (€16.50) and take the bus so you have enough time to see everything! Segesta and Erice are truly magnificent, it's worth it! The time allotted is perfect for having time to do everything, stroll around, and even eat in Erice. I highly recommend it for a quick getaway from Palermo without any hassle.

Unfortunately, the evening was cold and rainy, which made the tour less enjoyable, and the city was a bit dull. This didn't discourage us, and the group had a great time.


