Our final stop is Diaseli Cheesery, a family-run farm where we’ll taste fresh, handmade local cheeses and hear stories of Ios’s rural traditions. Throughout the journey, you’ll enjoy quiet paths, expansive views, and the scent of fig trees and wild herbs. Led by guides who have written about the island’s history and culture, this tour offers a deep, immersive experience that combines archaeology, mythology, gastronomy, and nature — all effortlessly explored on an electric bike.
