Details: This is a workshop based on a completely new concept. Our shop is not exclusively for foreigners; it is also popular with Japanese customers, so you may experience the workshop together with local participants. Using the highest-quality wheat flour from Hokkaido and Tokyo's delicious tap water, you will learn a patent-level technique to make chewy, smooth noodles in just 30 minutes—completely by hand without using electricity. Each person uses one table to make one portion of noodles, and up to six people can participate in one session. There is one instructor. Since many Japanese guests also join, the lecture is mainly in Japanese, but translation speakers (English, French, German, Korean, etc.) are used for support. Your handmade noodles will be paired with the special soup I prepare. If you are interested, I may even secretly share the basic idea of the soup recipe. With premium Japanese ingredients and days of aging, replicating this flavor depends entirely on your passion.
