This was truly the best experience of my trip! Everything was perfectly organized, and the guide was excellent. What I especially appreciated was the amount of free time we were given — it allowed me to fully enjoy the Great Wall at my own pace, without constantly rushing after the group. This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

This was the best memory of my trip to Thailand! I chose the package that included a photo shoot, and they took pictures using both my smartphone and a DSLR camera. They took hundreds of photos in about 20 minutes and transferred the data from the camera to my smartphone. At the end, I was able to choose my favorite photo and even received a photo frame. The elephants splashed water on me and played with my trunks, but they were so smart and gentle that I grew to love them. All the staff were friendly and kind. I would like to visit again when I go to Phuket!★

A good tour for a varied vacation. It's packed with activities and offers a variety of photo locations. I recommend taking the rafting trip for the longest distance (you'll have to wait for everyone at the meeting point anyway). Cons: a long drive to the first location and back to the hotel in the evening, the ATVs (a lawnmower with wheels) are out of commission, and the trail is ridiculous (even a child would find it boring).★

It was a very enjoyable tour from start to finish 😀 The guide spoke almost perfect Japanese, understood most of what I was saying, took lots of photos, and was considerate enough to take me to the restroom at key points. During the car ride, they answered many of my questions about Ho Chi Minh City, understood that my feet were hurting and I could only walk slowly, and didn't rush me at all, making me feel completely at ease. I would definitely take this tour again. Looking forward to seeing you next time! 🥺
