My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔

This was an extrodinary experience. I have been to Flornce many times, during the high tourist season, and never wanted to deal with the crowds, so now, in the off-season, I ventured to climb the Duomo. I am so glad that I did! The many steps were a challenge, but if you take your time it is so worth the effort. Note: not for the light of heart or those not in decent physical shape. The reward is amazing, views of everything.


