I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.★

A must-do excursion; all three caves are wonderful, although Burano is the most beautiful. Murano deserves a bit more time than we were allowed. Torcello is historic and also worth a visit.★

Although it was quite difficult to download the app on-site, the staff were friendly and the guide was entertaining. Since the guided tour is conducted via a separate radio, it didn't seem like downloading the app was a major issue. The main gondola tour was truly fantastic. The experience of navigating Venice's narrow alleys and canals by boat will remain in my memory for a long time.★

I absolutely loved this tour! James was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable of the areas we went & had a great sense of humor. I loved the Cotswolds Villages the most- so beautiful & quaint. Oxford was absolutely stunning! Lots of things to do to keep you busy.
As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe the entire trip. All instructions for meet up points and time were clear. Highly recommend!
