Specialty Coffee Tasting in Bogotá, From coffee growers to your cup

Details: We offer a specialty coffee tasting experience that will allow you to discover how you prefer your coffee. The process consists of four tasting cups prepared using different methods: Aero Press, V60, French Press, and Japanese Siphon. During the tasting, you will learn how to modify the different attributes of coffee and how grinding, water and pouring affect its properties. In addition, you will have at your disposal a table of flavors to associate them with a memory. We will start by tasting 2 different origins: one in the washed process, the other in the honey process, while we learn about the history of our coffee. Then you will try a baked empanada to prepare your mouth for other flavors. The next 2 coffees will be a natural process and a wash.
