Tasting of Bordeaux red wines, wine and charcuterie pairings

Details: no Spanish classes from March 1 to March 5. Discover the essence of Bordeaux red wines during an intimate and educational tasting, designed to awaken your senses. Bordeaux is known for its reds, but few grasp all the richness. You will learn to taste like an Ace while exploring the differences between the Left Bank (Structured Sauvignon Cabernet of the Médoc) and the Right Bank (Soft and fruity Merlot of Saint-Émilion). Guided by Cécilia, certified expert, you will taste four carefully chosen wines – single varieties or blends – from family estates in organic or Grands Crus, as well as a mystery glass and a mature wine to discover the ageing Bordeaux. You will understand the impact of grape varieties, terroirs and winemaking choices on aromas and textures. Each wine is accompanied by a delicatessen, in accordance with its flavors. You will leave with a personalized tasting booklet to extend the experience at home. Depending on the season, the tasting takes place in our stone room, private courtyard or cellar.
