Said was an excellent guide. Clear explanations, very knowledgeable, calm, and helpful. The route was well-organized, with well-planned walking times and stops. The couscous dinner in the Riad in the Jewish Quarter was very good, although we didn't go on the roof because it was cold.★

Highly recommended! Leila, our guide and chef, welcomed us with typical Moroccan hospitality. She introduced us to Moroccan culinary culture by showing us how the souks work and what typical products are available. The cooking class was very fun and immersive. The recipe booklet and the desserts at the end of the meal were very much appreciated.
