I contact travelers via WhatsApp or iMessage the day before the excursion, providing precise directions and pickup times. I pick them up at the hotel reception or at a nearby point if they are staying in an apartment. Our goal is to make their experience comfortable and hassle-free so they can enjoy to the fullest from the start.
