Mike was very knowledgeable in the aviary and was able to communicate in fluent English. He was also very accommodating and had brought the summer party vibe to the day. Ride is a bit bumpy but to be expected, beaches are beautiful and the food was great, love the drinks!★

The organization of the day was excellent, and the aviary was spectacular. Lunch at Mambo was delicious, the club facilities were lovely, and the beach was beautiful, but very crowded, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Then we were taken to another beach club for the plankton experience, and we spent a long time there doing nothing until the talk started. We felt they could have left us at Mambo until the activity actually began. The plankton was beautiful and impressive, and well worth it, but the return trip was also a rush to catch the buses. There were so many people returning at the same time, we didn't even have a moment to change, and we all returned to Cartagena soaking wet. That's the only thing they could improve, but overall, the activity was very enjoyable, and the guides were excellent.★

The tour was very well organized and we loved the experience. Kevin is an extremely attentive guide, explaining everything very clearly and also sharing stories and interesting facts that greatly enrich the tour. I give it 5 stars for the overall experience, however I would like to make an observation regarding the lunch location. I found the infrastructure quite poor, especially the women's restrooms, which were out of toilet paper and all clogged, which was very unpleasant. I understand that, due to the bad weather, the restaurant was different from usual, but I believe it is still worth noting for future improvements.★
