Praise: The vehicle and driver arrangements were excellent. The spacious Toyota allowed for a good nap on the bus during the sunrise tour. We departed at 2:30 PM and arrived around 5:40 PM. The Taj Mahal doesn't open until 6:30 AM. A temporary rest area in the hotel lobby was arranged. The tour guide was also very helpful, having a friend buy tickets for him, saving us time queuing. Areas for Improvement: There was some shopping; we were arranged to buy carpets, scarves, and marble real estate. The prices seemed very high to me, even though shopping wasn't mandatory. I would suggest removing this part unless guests specifically request it.

Highly recommend. Imran and company were extremely responsive and kind. I appreciated the opportunity to meet him and hope to work together in future. Imran (owner) is also super well connected around town and known to be a good person (vs lots of shady people in delhi unfortunately) as coincidentally even our private car driver knew him well. A fantastic sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal with Mohd . A very knowledgeable gentleman who was excellent with communication whilst booking the trip from the UK and also whilst in Agra. He was extremely prompt (even early) in collecting us from our hotel . The car for the later part of the tour was clean and well driven with plentiful water supplies . All in all a very enjoyable trip with a remarkable guide . Thanks
