As long as you speak a little English, the overall experience is good. The volcano has a short time, and it is recommended to climb to the top.

Pompeii was magnificent, but the weather was scorching. However, since the volcano tour was canceled, the trip wasn't too tiring. There were plenty of shopping opportunities along the way, giving us plenty of time to rest. We finally arrived back late. The tour leader said we could get a refund, but I'm not sure if trip.com will give us one.

I'm very pleased to this tour. Our tour quide Diana was friendly and our driver Antonio, too. Local quides in Pompeii and Herculaneum were amazing! Everything went well from start to end.
