The electronic confirmation (PDF attachment in the email) received in your inbox is the valid document. Present your confirmation at any Big Bus hop-on hop-off stop or the Big Bus Information Center (11 Avenue de l'Opéra, 75001 Paris) to redeem your bus pass (if you purchased a package including a Seine River Cruise ticket, redeem it together). Your pass will be activated upon boarding at any stop, with the validity period starting from the first activation.
