the personal and professional service that was given to my mum who was in a wheelchair and also made sure I had everything I needed as well, but it was very evident how they interacted with every single passenger and ensured they were enjoying the cruise as well, the customer service was top notch.

Day out with Rodney was good, he’s a competent driver having parking skills like few others and even making an early judgement to detour just as an accident (not ours) was occurring. Picking me up from my own accommodation was a nice touch. He was really easy to talk to, although I think he could have helped break the ice amongst us weary passengers (we ended up talking amongst ourselves, well, most of us), and be more interested knowing us, if just to make us feel comfortable. Nevertheless this didnt detract from the overall experience. Plenty of stops for eating breaks before the official lunch period. He was flexible with timing asking us how long to spend where, and all sites the tour offered were delightful. Oysters? Local Tassie baked goods? Check-check. The scenery - beautiful, and he stayed with the guests who found the hike challenging. Was an easy day out when you don’t want to do the driving or deal with national park passes yourself. Highly recommended! I’ll camp there….
