Things to know before booking:
1. This product is provided by an overseas partner and booked through our store. Due to real-time updates of product info and market price fluctuations, the details may differ from what was displayed at the time of your booking. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the itinerary, cost details, cancellation policy, and other terms.
2. Once the booking is confirmed, no refund or modification requests will be accepted within 48 hours before departure. For requests made within the allowable period, a processing fee of CNY 100 per person will be deducted if approved.
3. Please arrive at the meeting point/pick-up point at least 15 min in advance. It's better to be early than late. If the guide/driver hasn't arrived yet, please wait patiently. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed a spot or be eligible for changes/refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
4. The product itinerary description is for reference only. Details such as departure time, duration, attraction visits, and attraction images are all provided as a guide. The specific tour arrangements may be adjusted by the guide based on actual conditions on the day for the safety and convenience of you and your fellow travelers. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. Our store does not accept claims based on discrepancies between the actual experience and the product description or images.
5. Not suitable for: Children under 4 years old, pregnant women, individuals with mobility impairments, wheelchair users, those with respiratory diseases, or hypertension patients.

9. Hot air balloon ride duration may vary depending on weather conditions.
10. For travelers choosing to go to the hot air balloon ride port meeting point on their own, please arrive at the meeting point in advance.
11. Guests who choose the hot air balloon ride + Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan + Guadalupe Basilica guided tour will be dropped off at the same location. You may stay at the basilica for sightseeing as needed. Please arrange your own return as no drop-off service is provided.

Itinerary
Experience a hot air balloon ride over the Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan pyramids, complete with champagne toast and breakfast. You can choose to upgrade your package to include visits to the Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan ruins and the Guadalupe Basilica. Three travel options are available, each designed to meet your request.
Package 1: 45-minute hot air balloon ride + breakfast: Fly over the Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan pyramids with breakfast and toast included. Transportation not included, please proceed to the meeting location on your own. Does not include guided tours of Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan or Guadalupe Basilica.
Package 2: Hot air balloon ride + breakfast + transportation: This package includes a hot air balloon ride over Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan, a wine toast and delicious breakfast, plus round-trip transportation from the meeting point in Mexico City. Does not include guided tours of Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan and the Guadalupe shrine.
Package 3: Hot air balloon ride + ruins & basilica + transportation. This package includes a hot air balloon ride over the Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan, wine toast and breakfast, followed by a guided tour of the Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan archaeological site and the Guadalupe Basilica. Round-trip transportation from the meeting location is provided.
