I forgot the name of our tour guide. Eros maybe? Anyway, he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly. He could teach a course on the history of Toledo. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and highly recommend it.

The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.
