There was a small problem with the pick-up, and my car was assigned to another team, which took a while. The route was fine, Borobudur and Prambanan are worth visiting, but seeing the volcano depends on luck.★

Tour was arranged by 'borobudursunrise.com' and assigned with Mr.Koko as my guide/driver. He came to the pickup point on time; explained the itinerary and helped me navigate across places by giving me some privacy time. He helped me cover the Borobudur temple with a climb to the top of the structure, Merapi volcano and to the Prambanan temple.... all in one day.
This tour agency is very trust worthy and I highly recommend this to my friends.★

We had a great time with our driver and guide Tanto during our tour. He spoke English very well, showed us additional temples on the way (as we had some spare time), and he helped us a lot to peacefully arrive to the station to catch a bus to Jakarta after the trip. Everything was organized well and we had enough time to explore each place carefully. Highly recommend company 👌★

We didn’t get a guide so I’m rating that part 1. Your description is confusing. When we got there they told us we only paid for an entrance ticket. We’re only lucky our service that day Bagus knows about the Prambanan Temple and he ended up being our guide inside.
