So here’s the story! We went to Erawan with my family. The staff was super professional and friendly. Everything was organized with high quality, as fast as possible. The zip line instructors were really professional and were making jokes and trotting to keep all the travelers happy. Zip line was amazing , the ATV was great , a perfect ride in the jungle with sea view. BUT here’s the most important part! After the ATV I was playing with my son and fell down on my knee and seriously injured it. It can’t describe how fast and professional the staff was. They provide first aid, delivered me to the hospital with their truck and 6 staff members who were taking care of me along the way. At the hospital one of the workers supervised everything, she talked to doctors , guided us and even paid for all the expense. Even though it didn’t happen during any activity, ir was just me playing with my son in their territory, they still covered all the expense , over 5000 baht. Highly recommend!

800 meter zipline was a rough ride. Don't do it if you have a bad back or neck. The other zip lines were fun. Was it good value? I probably won't do it again at a $117 per person including transfers. Staff were excellent 👌

Great experience! We picked this as a day activity when we spent a day in phuket arriving on a cruise ship. Pick up was easily arranged by picking a hotel along patong beach. The ATV was challenging but totally doable. The day was cloudy but still need to have sun protection!

It counts as my first experience with live-fire weapons. I enjoyed the shooting. It took me a while to find the shooting range (it's inside a bazaar), but the women advertising the shooting range gave me directions. It's quite stuffy inside, and my hands get sweaty—not exactly comfortable. The guns are worn and misfire or jam (depending on the weapon). However, after three shots with a shotgun, we swapped them for a semiautomatic. So, I liked everything. As an experienced bowarcher, I immediately noticed the Colt's "beveled" barrel. Simply put, the gun misses, but you can make adjustments and quickly zero in. Photos and videos are unlimited. Pairs can take turns shooting.

Easy booking with quick follow-up through WhatsApp. the cost is much higher than store price but gives you the convenience of going down to book a reservation unless your hotel stay is nearby.
