I ordered a set that included the Airport MRT (round trip) and EasyCard (200 NTD included). I'm happy that I got it as a slightly better deal than buying each separately. I felt the information about the pick-up location was a little unclear. If you're arriving at Taoyuan Airport T1, it's located on the Airport MRT station floor (B2). Heading towards the Airport MRT, take the escalator down from the ground floor and you'll find it on the way to the station.

The round-trip card from Taoyuan International Airport to downtown Taipei and the card for unlimited use of the city's subway are separate. It's a great deal. I lost my city subway card on the way there, but the card for the return trip to the airport was separate, which was very helpful. The pick-up point at the airport is near the subway ticket gate on the B2 floor. I searched for it quite a while, thinking it must be somewhere inside the airport.

It was a mind blowing experience! They saved my life and wallet haha. So, story short, I booked a very last minute trip and had forgotten to check visa policies since I was sure that On Arrival was after arriving the country. To worsen up, my flight was Feb 18th, when immigration is on Lunar Festival Holiday. Yet I tried to request the visa since in the purchase page it allowed me to chose the date 18th. They walked through my every step, providing guidance and tips. Finally I successfully passed through the immigration and avoided missing the trip and the whole booking money. Highly appreciated and recommended! They get the job done!
