The best fast track service in Vietnam. Great communication before you arrive. Your name is on sign board so you can quickly find where you need to go. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I had zero delays and I completed immigration in about 1 minute. Very fast. I highly recommend this company. I used fast track many times and this company is outstanding. Very professional!!!★

The tour was excellent. They picked us up from our hotel at the scheduled time. Our guide, Hang, was very helpful and kind, always looking out for us. Her treatment was wonderful and very patient, as we traveled mother and daughter. She took some excellent photos of us.
I definitely recommend this travel agency and especially Hang, a wonderful guide.★

We checked the arrivals board in advance to see if anyone else was arriving. We decided to take the fast lane to avoid the line. At the airport, the Vietnamese help you find the right person if needed. So we checked the information, found someone with a sign, and skipped the line in three seconds.★

I booked on both arrival and departure. For arrival, it seems only slightly faster than general queue line probably due to early morning landed at the airport around 8 am. For departure, yes, it is significantly faster than general queue. But you still need to go into another queue line (join with other) for security screening. Unless you buy a super vip fast track which will have different queue line for security screening.
