Reviews: Munich: Viktualienmarkt Gourmet Food Tour

I gave the tour to my sister for her birthday. There were two couples of us, and the tour on December 12, 2025, was lovely. The group was a manageable size (10 people). Everything was decorated for Christmas, which added a special touch. Hannelore (the tour guide) provided informative insights. Some of the stallholders even added information about their businesses to the tastings. I wish all the stallholders offering tastings had done the same. The recipient was very happy with the gift. Tip: Gift ideas for under the Christmas tree ;-)

The performing trio was skilled and enjoyable. First time I have ever heard a harpsichord in performance (called cembalo in German) Our tickets were waiting for us at the door.
