The Jet Car Experience was the best excursion ever compared to all of the places we have travelled overseas. We had a blast and the tour guide was very helpful and informative and was extremely friendly. In addition, we had the best driver Troy to take us to and from the resort to the Jet Cars. Also, he provided a tour, stopped us at many locations to buy souvenirs and items to take home, and he was very respectful and provided great customer service. This was worth every penny. We celebrated our anniversary with this company and everything was absolutely beautiful. We recommend wholeheartedly and a 1000%.

This was an amazing experience. The pickup was prompt at the scheduled time and the driver was being warm and pleasant. There was an issue once we got there. One of the boats they use has been damaged due to a storm and it was out of commission. They had to reschedule me to a later time. Since I was already there, they offered to add another experience so I wasn’t waiting for hours. They added parasailing 🪂 for me. That’s incredible- and it was another amazing experience that I did not expect. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them going the extra mile - doing something extra for me to make up for something that was literally out of their hands. Kudos! I strongly recommend this experience - I did both the snorkeling and the parasailing and both had top notch guides and both were once in a lifetime experiences The staff is incredible they made this experience memorable and special for me Thank you so much 😊

Super fun trip, although we would have liked to have more free time at the waterfall. We also had a bite to eat with the locals, as recommended by the guide, and it was delicious.
