Recommendations for activity:

I went to Costa Rica with my father and decided to do this activity. This activity is an all day affair, and covers a multitude of things. We learned about coffee at the Doka Estates— drank lots of coffee in the process. We then went to the Volcano. Keep in mind you might have to hang around for an hour to see the crater (we went during the rainy season). It was hard to get a visible view of the crater. We were able to get a good view for 30 seconds and that’s it. Later we checked out the waterfalls, which I must say was gorgeous! The lunch was included— it was a buffet style lunch. I would recommend doing this tour if you want to complete several activity’s in one day. My only gripe was the tour guide was a little overwhelming. He constantly checked in on us like we were kids, other than that, the tour was good.★

This was a great way to try local and seasonal fruits and ice cream while visiting the markets. Our guide Oscar was very informative and kept the pace casual. I really enjoyed the time we spent at Mr. Sloth Cafe trying and making the different foods, then the demonstration by Eric of the coffee making process.★

We were in San Jose for a conference and had one free day to see some of Costa Rica and have some fun. This was the perfect tour. It was a full day and all three locations were beautiful, interesting, and diverse. Olman, our tour guide was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time at each location. He was my favorite tour guide I've ever had. I could not recommend this tour more highly if you are looking for a way to see the beauty of Costa Rica around San Jose in one day.★

This was a great tour. Freddy went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful time. We explored the caves, beaches, and had a wonderful snorkeling adventure. The pineapple was incredible. I would do this tour again! Thank you!!★

My family and I had an unforgettable day with Robert! He was an exceptional Captain and I can't express enough how amazing our experience was! Robert picked us up from our Hotel, making traveling a breeze. The boat ride to our destination was so relaxing, and my kids absolutely loved it! Snorkeling was a blast, and lunch on Tortuga Island was absolutely delicious! My 6-year-old twins and 10-year-old son adored the sub wing! I went twice and felt like a mermaid swimming in the water. We were incredibly fortunate to see a pod of dolphins swimming alongside the boat on our ride home on water that looked like glass! When we come back, we will definitely hire Robert again! Thank you, Robert, for helping us create these precious memories! It was an incredibly memorable day!
