Please ensure to visit the Jinmao Tower Observation Deck Visitor Service Center counter on the 1st floor (inside Gate 4) of Jinmao Tower during operating hours for ticket redemption. Present the QR code from your email to the staff for redemption assistance, then proceed to the ticket gate for entry with your ticket (original passport is required for real-name ticket redemption and admission).
