Wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable local guide. Trekking in the jungle was a bit challenging. Meeting the natives was very interesting, and the boat ride was fun. Worth the money.

Overall the guide and driver wwre very punctual and helpful with explaining everything and where everything is. The only issue we personally had was during pick up we had to wait really long because the other parties joining were late. We personally feel that if they arent down on time wait for 5 minutes and then leave since the people who are already in the bus/van were waiting. We were picked up around 10:20am and we were only able to depart to genting after picking three parties and waiting for them around 11:45am close to 12pm.

The driver was extremely kind and helpful. We had fun on this excursion, although the facilities for the animals were perhaps a little below expectations. A+ for the organization and helpfulness.


