We are extremely pleased with Cindy’s service. Her enthusiasm and dedication truly elevated our visit to Tianjin. She went the extra mile to showcase the city to us, and her thoughtful planning made the experience both enjoyable and memorable.
The itinerary involved quite a bit of walking, which requires a good level of fitness. Cindy assumed we were up for it, and thankfully we were able to complete the journey and spend hours exploring. Her extensive knowledge was impressive — she shared fascinating historical insights and architectural details that we greatly appreciated.
Our experience with the high speed train is an added fun.
She also took us to a local restaurant for lunch, personally recommending and selecting the dishes, which turned out to be absolutely delicious. Cindy’s passion, knowledge, and warm hospitality made this trip truly special.

Xiao Liu was very helpful and proactive. He arranged the time for the Tianjin Eye and Haihe River night tour perfectly for us!
It was my first time to see the night views of the Ancient Culture Street and the Italian-style area. Along the way, Xiao Liu explained Tianjin's bridges and the buildings along the Haihe River, giving us a deeper understanding of Tianjin's history and culture.

Our driver and guide, Brother Wang, contacted us a day in advance to confirm the itinerary and hotel address, and added us on WeChat for easy communication. The itinerary was well-planned, and he promptly resolved any minor issues. He also introduced us to many local delicacies, and there was absolutely no subtle suggestion to shop, nor did he ask for our review. It's rare to find people like that these days. Thumbs up! 👍
