Sarah has an incredible amount of knowledge and guided us for a full two hours to the most beautiful spots in the old town. We were an international group, so the tour (as booked) was in English. Unfortunately, she spoke with a strong accent and very quickly, which sometimes made it a little difficult for us to understand everything.

My husband and I went on this tour together and had a fabulous time with Cowton. There was a glitch with trip advisor’s reservation and the owner was able to have Cowton come take us on a tour within 2 hours on his day off! At no point did we feel like he minded working, he was friendly, informative, and walked at a great pace to each location. This tour is a great opportunity to meet a local in Sweden and ask questions about the culture, while learning about its history and favorite foods. You may not LOVE all of the foods, but I guarantee you will remember them. This tour is all about the experience. When we got home we hosted “fika” with our family on Thanksgiving with cinnamon rolls and hot chocolate and had everyone try the salted licorice (so fun to share that tasting with others. Totally worth bringing that home with us). This tour is memorable, and kept on giving. Cowton suggested 2 other places for us to try. We went there and ate some of the best food we had in Sweden.
