The driver arranged pick-up and drop-off a day in advance, with accurate license plate information, and was reliable, dependable, and easy to understand. He provided helpful tips on Buddhist safety at the attractions, and spoke English to foreign tourists, making communication at the sites simple and easy. He was truly multi-talented, ensuring everything was well-organized for each tourist. We visited every attraction thoroughly! We had a fantastic time! Lunch was also great – unlimited meat and vegetables, and free-flowing local wines – as long as we didn't waste any! Interactive activities included presenting hadas (ceremonial scarves), learning to dance, and more – a truly enriching experience! Tashi Delek! I'd definitely come back again! A top-notch tour from Ctrip, the arrangements were excellent!★

This day trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai via Ctrip was fantastic, a must-try! The itinerary was well-planned, Tiger Leaping Gorge was magnificent, and Baishuitai was breathtakingly beautiful – the scenery along the way was perfect for photos. A special thank you to our driver, Mr. Li, who was warm, friendly, and provided excellent service. His driving skills were superb, ensuring a smooth and safe journey on the mountain roads. He patiently accompanied us throughout, providing punctual pick-up and drop-off, proactively offering help and taking meticulous care of us without any rushing. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable trip. Overall, it was great value for money, worry-free and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning this trip, and I'll definitely choose this company again for my next adventure!★

The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends 😁 They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. You’ll pay ¥150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge there’s an extra ¥70 yuan for elevator used but it’s optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but it’s was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state I’ll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing I’m ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance 💃 Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended 💯★

Mr. Ma, our driver throughout the trip, was very responsible and proactive in communicating and resolving issues, making it a great experience!!
Regarding the overall tour experience, I feel that more reminders about clothing before each activity could be added. I felt incredibly cold the entire time, definitely not dressed warmly enough. For those planning a winter trip, please dress warmly!!
As for the Tusi Banquet, definitely don't sit under the loudspeakers—the vibrations are unbearable! However, everyone was very hospitable. If you haven't tried baijiu (Chinese white liquor) before, don't bother; it has a strong, unpleasant taste that you might not like.
The driver didn't try any hard selling and repeatedly emphasized the extra charges for optional activities, as well as the importance of avoiding shopping and encouraging rational spending! I really liked his personality!
Two bottles of oxygen were provided on the bus, and there were warm clothes in the back, but it's still best to dress warmly!!

The driver was very good with us using translator apps to communicate wihich we really appreciated we stopped at a viewing platform on the way which was nice. Arrived at the Gorge and decided to buy Elevatot ticket which saved some time climbing down and up. We were gives two hours to explore which we felt was more than enough as we couldn’t get over the otherside maybe that was for Shangjiao-La side we didn’t know. Had some lunch and headed back for 2pm overall great experience
