We joined the Langkawi Mangrove Tour and had a fantastic experience! The tour was very well organized, from pick-up to the guide's explanations—everything was professional. Safety measures were also thorough, making us feel safe throughout the trip. The mangrove scenery was absolutely stunning, with rich ecosystems and lovely wildlife along the way. The included lunch was also delicious. Highly recommend this tour!

The island fee for Mabul Island is 50 MYR, payable by yourself or by scanning a QR code. It's truly beautiful, filled with flowers and Bajau people selling coconuts. It's not ideal for snorkeling, perhaps due to the presence of overwater bungalows. However, the instructors are very helpful. Overall, it's best to just enjoy the scenery and take photos. I recommend our guide, Chen Kaixin; he's super fun and awesome!

Our guide, Tommy, was a local Chinese and very enthusiastic. Our accompanying guide, Winston, was also very helpful and didn't pressure us to participate in any optional excursions. We returned early because we were too tired and skipped one of the afternoon island excursions, signing a confirmation. The sea was rough with strong winds, making the speedboat trip bumpy and choppy, but the children were incredibly excited. The island snorkeling was similar to other similar activities; we saw many small fish. Unfortunately, the ferry service to Mantanani Island and Botanica Island was cancelled due to rain a few days prior. Actually, you can buy boat tickets at Jeston Pier to get to the islands without a tour. Lunch is included today, but we need to meet at the designated meeting point; please take a taxi to the meeting point yourself.

This is the fantastic island of Mengalum. I took many great photos. The hour-long boat ride is not easy, but the beauty of the island makes it all worth it. However, most of the tourists are Chinese, so please keep this in mind.


