We live in the ubud city. The whole trip is from 03:30-13:30. If you are not in a rush, you can spend your time until 15:00. The Jeep journey is very good especially with a kind and careful driver Dedik. The hot spring is unexpectedly great. I suggest the company to let the customer choose the hot spring spot. Overall perfect journey! My mum is 72 year old. She enjoy the journey as well.

Nice day in Ubud. High traffic jump to go, road was busy despite the low wet season and Ramadan. I cannot imagine in peak season. Guide was very helpful, itinerary interesting. Rice terrasses quite touristic, I would prefer a place more authentic. Waterfall fantastic. Overall very good day.

This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

The tour guide and driver were very polite. The only thing we didn't understand was why the driver was with his wife when the car picked us up (?). Unfortunately, we were unlucky; the sunrise was completely cloudy. However, the atmosphere was absolutely stunning. + The photos from the tour guide are top-notch!


