Booked Penida Island round-trip fast boat tickets (Sanur – Nusa Penida – Sanur) with El Rey Fast Cruise, and the whole experience was excellent. When arriving at the harbor, you need to exchange your booking for physical tickets at the El Rey office. The Google Maps location wasn’t accurate, but after a short walk around I found it without too much trouble. The process was smooth and well organized—staff provided the tickets quickly and clearly explained the next steps. After that, they arranged a shuttle bus to take us to the harbor area, which was very convenient and comfortable. The boats themselves were spacious and in good condition. On our trip, it was only about half full, which made the journey even more comfortable. The ride was fast and smooth, with no issues at all. The return trip was just as well organized—everything was on time and easy to follow. Overall, a very reliable and comfortable experience with great staff. Highly recommended!

Very good price. I got the boat Waruna. It's a shame they don't let you on top of the boat, even for an extra fee. Only the general cabin.

The transfer picked us up from the hotel and took us to the Sanur port. The driver went to the check-in counter and brought us tickets. Then the shuttle took us to the pier. We didn't see a VIP lounge there, but everything went very well 👌

I was a little worried seeing so few reviews, but the paragliding experience was amazing! I booked my Trip ticket late at night, and the customer service representative replied with the location at 8 AM the next morning. (Here: Krida Mandala｜Ketut Lotri) The terrain was okay; I didn't feel any discomfort at all, and it was even cool at the top. Before arriving at the Timbishi base, someone at the entrance will ask you for 20k, which I hadn't researched beforehand. When I arrived at Timbishi, it looked really desolate; I was worried I'd gone to the wrong place. I filled out the form at 13:19, and 13:24 people took off! Didn't the travel guide say there would be a 2-4 hour wait? I was already late (they open at 11:30), but surprisingly, there was no wait! After getting my helmet, a guy led me forward, and then countless guys appeared (six in total). Some helped me with my GoPro, some helped me set up my paragliding gear, and some just chatted? Takeoff was really uneventful, and the sitting position was so comfortable that I forgot to straighten my legs. /// No specific requirements for the video, just sit there; straightening your legs would just look better in the video. Ten minutes was more than enough, the weather was nice, sunny and breezy, and the view of the sea was beautiful. In the last few minutes, Abang showed off some skills by "swaying left and right, up and down," which was quite fun!

The horseback riding experience by the sea was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they assisted in taking many beautiful photos. The whole process was relaxing and enjoyable, leaving me with wonderful memories. It was definitely worth it, and I would love to come back for horseback riding if I ever visit Bali again.
