We had a great experience with this operator. They contacted us on Trip.com before we even arrived in China, then on WeChat, where we discussed our desired itinerary. They were thorough and honest about the prices for each activity. They confirmed the tour a few days ahead, and the driver reached out the evening before to arrange the pickup time. The driver arrived on time in a tidy car and was very polite, even opening the doors for us. He explained the plan for the day and shared information about the sights along the way. He was always accommodating, and we never felt rushed. He encouraged us to take our time at each stop. He suggested a few extra options but never pressured us to buy anything. Lunch was at a lovely restaurant, and the food was one of the highlights of the trip. We highly recommend this tour. Today, our tour leader, Zest Jovial Yore, took us to Yangshuo. He initially suggested we visit Ruyi Peak in the morning, but then, due to the midday sun, recommended Silver Cave – very thoughtful! He also added two extra activities, so we had a fantastic time from morning till night!

The service was excellent, the experience was fantastic, and overall it was superb. Master Liao arranged the day's itinerary perfectly, scheduling our hiking trip for the morning to avoid the midday heat. He even treated us to some delicious bamboo-tube chicken. A truly exceptional service experience.

I had a great time with Mr. Zheng! We were moving smoothly, everything went well as we planned, he always made sure I was comfortable and it was a great trip to get to know Yangshuo. I was able to see every important and breath-taking spot without any stress. I took great photos and had so much fun.
